Our team just completed the Salesforce Data Cloud Certification. With this certification, but also first hand experience with a recent client, we are ready to help other organizations leverage Data Cloud. With Data Cloud organizations can help consolidate multiple data sources into one cohesive source of data to be actioned on.

We recently had a client that wanted to move their complex Account Engagement setup into Salesforce only. That was because they had a lot of automations, and all of their emails were operational in nature, so they wanted to leverage the power of Salesforce to send the emails. This was instead of having to use Pardot, and trying to create workarounds and “hacks” everywhere.

So we helped them create the migration plan and re-built all of their Pardot Engagement Studio flows into Salesforce Flows. This included having a way to migrate the fact that some of the Engagement Programs were over 365 days in length. So we needed a way to migrate which step someone was at so they wouldn’t get any duplicate emails!

A member of our team just completed the Salesforce AI Associate certification. While the certification itself is Salesforce focused, there is a lot of interesting learning materials that help people understand the ethical implications of AI and how it works. We work with one client that does seasonal hiring for various retailers. As such, with the Holiday hiring already getting ready, we have been working with the client to improve the screening processes they use to easier to use, within Salesforce.
