We recently had a client that wanted to move their complex Account Engagement setup into Salesforce only. That was because they had a lot of automations, and all of their emails were operational in nature, so they wanted to leverage the power of Salesforce to send the emails. This was instead of having to use Pardot, and trying to create workarounds and “hacks” everywhere.
So we helped them create the migration plan and re-built all of their Pardot Engagement Studio flows into Salesforce Flows. This included having a way to migrate the fact that some of the Engagement Programs were over 365 days in length. So we needed a way to migrate which step someone was at so they wouldn’t get any duplicate emails!
